The Tuition Installment Plan is a service to the student, allowing the student to finance education over the period of a quarter throughout their academic year.
A provision in Section 111 of Division J of Pub. L. 108-447, the 鈥淐onsolidated Appropriations Act, 2005,鈥� Dec. 8, 2004; 118 Stat. 2809, 3344-45, requires 鈥渆ducational institutions鈥� that receive Federal funds to hold an educational program on the United States Constitution on or around September 17, 鈥淐onstitution Day and Citizenship Day,鈥� of each year for the students served by the educational institution.
